By installing or using Fina, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use Fina.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Fina solely for your personal or internal business purposes within Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
You may not:
Fina is licensed, not sold. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to Fina, including all intellectual property rights.
We may provide updates to Fina. This EULA applies to all such updates unless accompanied by a separate license.
Fina may collect usage data to improve functionality. We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate this EULA at any time if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Fina and destroy all copies.
Fina is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of Fina.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
